| The Carriage House is just a block
off the Strip and close to many attractions and casinos in Las Vegas. The
large outdoor pool is heated and flanked by an abundance of lounge chairs and
patio tables with umbrellas. There is a whirlpool by the pool and large palm
trees guard the lounging area. Also onsite are tennis, shuffleboard, and
basketball courts.
For dining, the hotels Kiefers serves American
food. Also, the Rain Forest Cafi is adjacent. A half a block away are Harley
Davidson Cafi and Motown Cafi. A little further are Cozymels, Planet
Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafi, Gordon Biersch, and PF Changs. Ask the concierge
for other restaurant recommendations or reservations. There are also barbecue
grills onsite if guests opt for a picnic. Or guests can utilize the
neighboring markets and prepare a meal in the rooms kitchen or
kitchenette.
The Carriage House is within walking distance of MGM Grand,
Paris, New York-New York, and the Aladdin. Within three miles of the hotel are
Wet N Wild, Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas Convention Center, Hard Rock Cafi,
Fremont Street Experience, and Thomas and Mack Arena. Day trips to Hoover Dam,
Mount Charleston, Lake Mead, or Red Rock Canyon are easy since the hotel
offers free parking and has a car rental desk onsite. Visit the tour desk for
attraction information. Free airport transportation is provided (casino
transportation is available on a time-available basis).
There is one meeting room onsite that can capacitate up to
eight attendees. Other business services include phone, fax, and copy. Luggage
