The resort offers the choice of five restaurants. For a lake
view and fine dining, there's La Coquina. For casual dining by a waterfall,
guests head to Cascade. Hemingway's and its Hurricane Lounge offer a poolside
refuge with seafood and tropical drinks. The White Horse Sports Bar and Grill
serves hearty meals, and the Palm Cafe offers pizza and other snacks. Guests
can enjoy cocktails and evening entertainment at the Trellises, a lively bar
near the main lobby. Papillion is yet another place to imbibe.
The hotel offers babysitting, Camp Hyatt for kids, a
multilingual staff, safe deposit boxes, laundry valet, a picnic area, beauty
salon, shops, parking, concierge, currency exchange, and ice machines.
The resort is a 15-minute drive to major theme parks,
including Wet n' Wild, Sea World, Universal Studios, and MGM Studios. The
airport is approximately 18 miles away.
